Kaizen IVA designs, builds, and maintains Intelligent Voice Agents that handle triage, routing, self-service, and human handoff. The approach follows kaizen: continuous, measurable improvement from the first day in production. The team has built touchtone IVR since 1989 and now delivers AI-assisted conversational systems across telephony and web.

Intelligent Voice Agents combine speech recognition, dialog management, and secure back-end integration. Properly instrumented and tuned, they improve containment, reduce handle time, and raise satisfaction while preserving a smooth escalation path to human agents.

David Bezar has led enterprise IVR and voice-automation programs for government, healthcare, and finance. He authored LAN Times Guide to Telephony and has directed deployments serving millions of callers. Experience includes HIPAA-aligned systems, security projects such as the Port of Long Beach wireless rollout, and large data integrations. Work spans McKesson, Baxter, Beckman Coulter, UCLA, USC, Scripps, and multiple state and city agencies.
